About Emile Salame

Owner – Cornerstone Assets Advisors

London, UK

Emile Salame is the owner of Cornerstones Asset Advisors, which aims to be a ‘one-stop shop’ for those wishing to invest in the London real estate market. Due to the team’s extensive knowledge of and experience in the industry, the company is perfectly placed to guide its clients throughout the entire investment process, whether they’re looking for a buy-to-let investment property, their dream home or a development opportunity.

Cornerstone Asset Advisors Process

As part of this process, an advisor will build a comprehensive picture of a client’s objectives and requirements before scrutinising the market to find the opportunities that best reflect this profile. The client will be provided with a detailed financial analysis of the estimated costs, expenditure and projected outcome of the project, and Cornerstone Asset Advisors will deal with the solicitors, surveyors, builders, contractors and local authorities. The team can also supervise the day-to-day running of the project, closely monitoring all parties involved in both the planning and construction. The team will ensure that the project remains on budget and on schedule and that works are completed to the highest standards possible. Finally, the client will be advised on the project’s post-completion profit and the various alternatives open to them in terms of their investment.

Career and Education

Mr Salame received his master’s degree in finance from Bayes Business School, London, in June 2007. This school, located in the heart of the capital, offers transformational educational opportunities and conducts cutting-edge research that both enhances knowledge and changes practice. Throughout the years, Bayes Business School has produced generations of business leaders, transformed business practice and provided new insights into the way business works. The school is consistently ranked as one of the best business schools in the world.

Prior to working in real estate, Mr Salame worked for seven years in investment banking in top tier banks in the city of London from 2007 to 2014. He joined as an analyst and decided to leave the industry when he held a vice president position. This experience gave him great exposure to the financial markets and modelling financial assets, both of which are extremely useful when applied to real estate investing and advising.
