Property Portfolio

When it comes to efficiently scaling a property portfolio – while maintaining control – it’s important to stay abreast of market trends. It can also be a good idea for an investor to diversify their real estate portfolio so they have a variety of properties that appeal to different types of tenants.

There are plenty of reasons to invest in property, including the fact that (for example) properties in capital cities like London tend to be continuously in short supply compared to demand. Furthermore, the rental sector is forecast to see long-term rental growth, largely as a result of an ever-growing demand for rental properties.

Work and Productivity

Learning ways to be more organised at work is a key means of boosting overall productivity. There are lots of steps that can be taken to go about doing this, such as creating to-do lists, triaging priorities, making daily, weekly and monthly plans, and delegating work. Avoiding multi-tasking can also be a good idea, as can establishing a routine, scheduling breaks, cleaning up the workspace regularly and eliminating distractions. For some, setting artificial deadlines is helpful. Doing this can increase a sense of urgency as well as the motivation to get a task completed.

Mr Salame has plenty of experience with bake sales, having previously co-founded the from-home bakery enterprise Sweet Act. For a sale to be as successful as possible, it’s recommended to be specific about what type of baked goods donations are required and to select a leader to run the event, as well as volunteers to help out.
