Cette d\u00e9cision a eu des r\u00e9percussions sur les finances, notamment les pr\u00eats hypoth\u00e9caires et les comptes \u00e9pargne, ainsi que sur les investisseurs internationaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsqu&rsquo;elle fixe le taux de base, la Banque d&rsquo;Angleterre a pour objectif principal de maintenir l&rsquo;inflation stable et faible, \u00e0 un niveau correspondant \u00e0 l&rsquo;objectif fix\u00e9 par le gouvernement, qui est actuellement de 2 %. Lorsque la Banque rel\u00e8ve ses taux, cela tend \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9penses, tandis que lorsqu&rsquo;elle les abaisse, cela tend \u00e0 les augmenter. La Banque peut r\u00e9duire les taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat si les gens commencent \u00e0 trop peu d\u00e9penser, afin de stimuler une augmentation des d\u00e9penses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Une baisse des taux hypoth\u00e9caires<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les cr\u00e9anciers immobilier ajustent leurs taux en fonction du taux de base fix\u00e9 par la Banque d&rsquo;Angleterre.
